Micro Mart has had wide experience in the design of all types of Printed Circuits and are able to advise on the most suitable design to meet your requirements.
All
our own products are designed by CAE/CAD methods using logic and data capture packages
coupled with a PCB layout system - ensuring complete design integrity from specification
through to final assembly and test.

specialises in producing quick turnaround, high quality printed circuit designs which will
enable your engineers to build a working prototype in a timescale previously regarded as
unrealistic.
On Site Services (UK only):
We can supply a PCB Designer to work on your premises using our own software and equipment preferably within central Scotland. Requirements outside Scotland will also be considered.
Many new products require to be housed in some sort of enclosure - whether it be a simple sheet metal box or more sophisticated die casting or injection moulding.
For some start up companies the solution is to source an off-the-shelf box and modify it to suit their product requirements.
In our experience this is a more expensive option than a custom designed housing and is unlikely to give the uniqueness of function and design that will result in a successful product.
Micro Mart Electronics has the experience and expertise to design and produce high quality enclosures in sheet metal, injection moulded plastic or other materials. We can advise on the right solution for your product and produce fast turn around prototypes to ensure you can meet the required market deadlines.
All our designs are produced using the latest CAD tools and data can be transferred electronically to most design and manufacturing systems.
All our products are designed with ease of manufacture and test in mind.
Our PCB design rules ensure that the PCB manufacturer will have consistently good production yields and be able to turn out a high quality product.
Most designs will incorporate test points on all nodes to enable in circuit testing to be carried out.
